Golden Hour Run is a Friday evening social run through Southwark — five kilometres at a conversational pace, timed so the light turns gold as we run. This is a small, low-key session. No performance pressure, no race energy — just movement and good company, with a drink together once we're done. Bring trainers, water, and yourself. Once you join, you'll be added to our private WhatsApp group, where we'll share the exact meeting point and any last-minute updates. We keep precise locations inside the group rather than posting them publicly, so it stays a small, easy group to run with — the general area is Southwark, near Bermondsey.
